Your Leadership

As a key member of our digital leadership team, you'll:

• Workdirectly with senior leadership to shape the organization's data foundations and AI capabilities
• Inspireorganization-wide change by creating compelling narratives around the power of data and AI.
• RepresentSyngenta externally as a thought leader in agricultural data innovation.
• Leverageinfluence beyond hierarchy by collaborating with teams across functions and geographies.

Qualifications

Experience & Expertise:

• 8+ years in senior data strategy leadership roles.
• Track record implementing enterprise-wide data initiatives.
• Deep understanding of data governance and ethical frameworks.
• Experience navigating complex, matrix organizational structures.

Leadership & Vision:

• Strategic thinker who balances governance with innovation.
• Proven ability to influence C-level executives and drive organizational change.
• People-focused leadership style that empowers teams.
• Visionary mindset that anticipates future data trends.

Knowledge & Education:

• Advanced degree in Information Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
• Interest in agricultural innovation and sustainability.

Additional Information

Location: Remote working is possible within the UK if you can commute to Bracknell or Manchester at least three times per month.
