Want to help shape the data platform for one of the UK's most exciting Insurtech scale-ups? We're hiring for a Head of Data Engineering to join a high-growth Insurtech unicorn in London. Backed by top-tier investors and on a mission to transform the insurance space through cutting-edge tech, they're scaling fast and data is at the heart of their product and decision-making. Take full ownership of the Data Engineering function, currently a talented team of 4 Set the strategy and vision for how data is ingested, transformed, and leveraged across the business Drive the evolution from reactive data workflows to a robust, scalable, productised platform You'll lead a growing data engineering team made up of: ~You'll help shape the team culture, improve engineering practices, and build for long-term scale.
