The Role

Collaboration: Work with Partners and staff to develop and deliver a data strategy.
Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to master data, integrations, classifications, hierarchies, glossaries, and cleansing.
Education: Promote a 'data culture' within the Firm.
Industry Knowledge: Requires understanding of global law Firm or professional services operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

Data Governance: Establish and chair a data governance group, implement a governance framework.
Data Quality: Ensure data quality and system integration for better reporting and decision-making.
Policy Standardization: Work with Information Governance Manager on data policies.
Collaboration: Work with Change Manager and Learning and Development team to educate staff on data value.
Process Improvement: Identify and address data-related process improvements.
Data Culture: Foster a culture supporting compliance, standardization, and innovation.
Resource Management: Recruit and manage data resources.

Key Skills and Experience

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a senior role in a legal or professional services organization.
Influence: Experience liaising with and influencing C-suite and Partners.
Communication: Ability to communicate technology matters to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations during complex changes.
Commercial Awareness: Results-oriented and pragmatic approach.
Professionalism: Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
Attention to Detail: Inquisitive, tenacious, and able to challenge constructively.
