Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Compliance, based in Lincoln. The Head of Compliance will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's compliance programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and implementing effective compliance strategies. Day-to-day tasks will include interpreting and analysing regulations, conducting compliance audits, developing compliance policies and procedures, and collaborating with various departments to ensure legal and regulatory compliance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance
• Experience with interpreting and applying Regulations and Infosec Compliance
• Excellent Analytical Skills necessary for compliance oversight
• Ability to develop and implement compliance strategies and audits
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in a compliance role within the cybersecurity industry is a plus.
