About Us: We are recruiting on behalf of an NHS organisation who are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Intelligence to join our team and lead our BI initiatives.

Job Description:

As the Head of Business Intelligence, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence and improving customer engagement. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive BI strategy that aligns with our organisational goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of analysts and ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.

  • Developing dashboards and indicators using Power BI to visualise data and support decision-making.

  • Manage the build of a data warehouse to consolidate data from various systems and provide actionable insights.

  • Collaborating with various departments, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to achieve project goals.

  • Providing forward-looking insights to help the organisation meet its KPIs and strategic objectives.

    Requirements:

  • Significant experience in Business Intelligence, preferably within the NHS.

  • Strong background in data analysis and visualization using Power BI.

  • Proven track record of managing teams and leading BI projects.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Aspiration to blend data with trust and add value around intelligence.

  • Flexibility to work onsite for 2/3 days a week, with some remote work options although this won't be regimented, and flexibility is available.
