My client is an Microsoft Elite partner and having built several previous, highly successful practices in the UK they are looking to build once again, using the same consistence and culture that has got their previous results. They work on bleeding-edge solutions, using advancements in AI and automation to provide them on a never seen before time scale.

They are looking for a Head Of AI, this role will be responsible for the Growth of the AI area of the practice which is crucial for them in ensuring their clients have a seamlessly ran project from inception through to the delivery. The use of AI in projects is what sets them apart from the rest of the Microsoft Partner market and is something that will grow more and more into projects over the next 12 months.

They are looking for an AI expert with excellent people management skills as well as the ability to still work on hands on, complex tasks.

• Lead and grow a high-performing team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI experts
• Provide actionable insights to enhance product design and improve customer experiences
• Build and implement AI models using advanced language and natural language processing technologies
• Evaluate and integrate innovative AI/ML tools to support product advancement and business innovation.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt the latest AI advancements, ensuring the company stays ahead of the competition.
• Provide strategic direction for the AI/ML team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment conducive to achieving our objectives
• Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards in AI/ML development and deployment, prioritizing transparency, fairness, and accountability.

• This role will require travel into London twice a month, but further travel will be minimal.
