The role
We are looking for graduates to join our team and build their careers with us. Joining us as a Graduate Trainee provides the opportunity to add to your knowledge, with practical experience and progressing to the role you have chosen.
The first year of our programme is all about building your industry experience and your knowledge of the end to end project workflow and gain the foundation skills and accreditations relevant to your chosen area. These are the stepping stones to gain the role of Junior Electrical Estimator, Junior Design Engineer and Junior Project Manager.
We need someone who is a self-starter with some experience in Manufacturing, Civil or Electrical Engineering.

What you'll be working on:

  • Define activity and project briefs for each stage of development to achieve competence to industry and Sinewave’s standards.
  • Fulfil all activities in line with development plan goals and timeframes.
  • Be competent in all core systems.
  • Complete all basic site accreditations.
  • Working with business systems to follow company processes and maintain data integrity.
  • Assist in creation and improvement of processes and related documentation and communication.
  • Support each business team to delivery projects efficiently.
  • Visit UK sites as required.
  • Manager stakeholders to ensure clear expectations are agreed and successful deliver of projects to required standards.
  • Complete all SHEQ requirements.
    Requirements:
    When you join us you will go through our top-notch induction and onboarding process, and have opportunities to develop further through our in house training academy.
    You'll have a proven track record of:

  • Learning information from multiple sources.

  • Working in partnership with peers and key stakeholders to deliver agreed outcomes, on time and budget.

You' be a successful graduate trainee if you have the following:

  • Bachelors Degree in Manufacturing, Civil or Electrical Engineering
  • Full Driving Licence (Maximum of 3 points).
