Graduate Marketing Executive
Location: Ramsgate, Kent
Salary: £27,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Hybrid working available after 3 months

Our client, a rapidly expanding manufacturing company based in Ramsgate, is looking for a Graduate Growth Marketing Executive to join their high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, learn from industry experts, and help shape a growing brand's future.

What you’ll be doing
With a focus on customer attraction and onboarding, you’ll take a targeted, data-driven approach to marketing and growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing digital marketing efforts across multiple channels to attract new customers

  • Conducting bottom-up forecasting and setting performance targets

  • Using data insights from the internal data warehouse to inform strategy

  • Executing omnichannel, segmented test-and-learn campaigns

  • Monitoring and analysing performance metrics such as CR%, CPA, AOV, and traffic

  • Collaborating with the retention team on strategy, insight sharing, and new opportunities

  • Supporting SEO efforts, including optimised article deployment (training provided)

  • Learning and using tools like Klaviyo, Shopify, Meta and Google Ads (training provided)

  • Applying basic finance principles and understanding how marketing ties into P&L

  • Balancing short-term performance with long-term strategic growth

    What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in digital marketing and data analytics is essential

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Microsoft Excel

  • A clear understanding of confirmation bias and data validity

  • A driven, motivated individual with a proactive mindset

  • Comfortable with problem-solving and learning from mistakes

  • Someone who enjoys helping others and wants their work to make a difference

  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport (due to the location of the role)

    What’s on offer

  • £27,000 per annum, depending on experience
