We are looking for a Global Advanced Analytics Data Scientist Lead who is collaborative, adaptable, and impact-driven to join us in our Global Advanced Analytics team, based in our HQ office in Anderlecht, Belgium.


About the role

You will be working in a team that uses advanced analytics to deliver actionable insights, reduce reliance on primary data, and unlock patient value across commercial, medical, and market access areas.


Who you’ll work with

You will be working in a highly collaborative environment with Global Analytics Leads, Go-to-Market teams, Insight Hubs, and business stakeholders. You’ll also interact with external partners, including data vendors and healthcare payors.


What you’ll do

  • Lead high-impact analytics projects to answer key business questions
  • Develop, scale, and maintain advanced analytics and artificial intelligence solutions
  • Act as the expert partner for data science in commercial and medical domains
  • Coach and mentor junior team members on analytics tools and communication
  • Build strong partnerships across analytics, IT, and business teams
  • Champion a data-driven decision-making culture across the organization

Education, experience and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Master's or PhD preferred)
  • At least 6+ years of experience applying machine learning and predictive analytics techniques
  • Strong programming skills in Python or R
  • Experience leading end-to-end analytics and data science projects
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and go-to-market strategies
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex results
