GIS Specialists - Defence and Security

Are you a tech-savvy GIS specialist eager to contribute to our nation's defence and security efforts? Role Overview

As a GIS Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our elite team, working closely with key Defence clients. Your role will involve leveraging cutting-edge technology and your expertise to tackle complex challenges, aiding strategic decision-making processes. From managing diverse geospatial datasets to crafting intuitive web mapping applications and interactive dashboards, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing situational awareness and operational efficiency.


What You Bring to the Table

  • Strong background in Geospatial Data Management, including SQL expertise.
  • Proficiency in the esri platform, including Enterprise Portal Administration and ArcGIS Pro.
  • Hands-on experience in scripting, with a preference for Python.
  • Familiarity with Data Science workflows, providing valuable insights into complex datasets.
  • Developed Vetting (UK Nationals only) - Ensuring the highest level of security clearance.
  • A proactive mindset, resilience, and exceptional problem-solving skills.


Location

Based on sites in the West Midlands, South West and London integrated with our Defence customers, you'll be immersed in a dynamic environment at the heart of strategic decision-making processes.
