Jackson Hogg is delighted to be retained in the search for a newly created General Manager position at Cyclops Electronics. This role will oversee 3 key business units:

• Global Supply Services

• Tele Products

• Colmworth Electronics

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for the operations, sales and delivery of financial objectives.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team.

  • Establish clear performance metrics and ensure accountability across the team.

  • Drive revenue and margin growth through innovative sales and distribution strategies.

  • Optimise pricing strategies and contract negotiations to maximise profitability.

  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.

  • Develop the business strategy and seek to promote organic growth across core target markets.

  • Have excellent analytic skills to assess and forecast business performance

  • Be part of group projects, such as ERP implementation etc.

  • It is expected that travel between the UK and other offices would be undertaken when required.

  • Experienced in leading a high-performing operation, driving operational efficiencies.

  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results.

  • Leadership qualities with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams.

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, data analytics, and financial management systems.
