Jackson Hogg is delighted to be retained in the search for a newly created General Manager position at Cyclops Electronics. This role will oversee 3 key business units:

• Global Supply Services

• Tele Products

• Colmworth Electronics

Key Responsibilities Include:

Responsible for the operations, sales and delivery of financial objectives.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team.
Establish clear performance metrics and ensure accountability across the team.
Drive revenue and margin growth through innovative sales and distribution strategies.
Optimise pricing strategies and contract negotiations to maximise profitability.
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Develop the business strategy and seek to promote organic growth across core target markets.
Have excellent analytic skills to assess and forecast business performance
Be part of group projects, such as ERP implementation etc.
It is expected that travel between the UK and other offices would be undertaken when required.

The Person
Experienced in leading a high-performing operation, driving operational efficiencies.
Strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results.
Leadership qualities with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, data analytics, and financial management systems.
