Overview

Security Cleared Data Architect with hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and strong domain expertise in Telecom Revenue Assurance. Architect and implement end-to-end data solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Design data models, pipelines, and frameworks that ensure consistency and integrity of telecom revenue data.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Revenue Assurance teams to understand reconciliation and leakage detection requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and data governance standards in a regulated, cleared environment.
  • Drive data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration across multiple telecom systems and platforms.
  • Provide architectural oversight and technical leadership to engineering and analytics teams.
  • Interface directly with the client during the selection process and project execution.
  • Proficiency with GCP services including BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, etc.
  • Expertise in data modelling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data integration.
  • Programming/Scripting experience in SQL, Python, or similar.
  • Experience and expertise in UNIX.
  • Understanding of data governance, security best practices, and regulatory compliance (eg, GDPR).
  • Experience in working with large-scale telecom datasets from OSS/BSS systems.
Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data services (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub).
  • Extensive data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data integration capabilities.
  • Security-cleared environment experience and ability to operate in regulated settings.
  • Ability to interface with clients and cross-functional teams during project selection and execution.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python or similar programming/scripting languages; UNIX experience.
  • Understanding of data governance, security best practices, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR).
  • Experience with large telecom datasets from OSS/BSS systems.
