It is a great time to join us, and we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and delivery-focused Full Stack AI Engineer to play a key role in shaping and implementing AI-driven solutions for our customers. We are a remote-first company with a modern, AWS based, tech stack.

You will collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment. You will take full ownership of the product lifecycle—driving projects from ideation and design to implementation and production deployment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Be a product-driven innovator: work closely with cross-functional teams (engineers, product managers, domain experts, customer-facing teams) to define AI-powered products that truly delight customers.
  • Be an end-to-end engineer: design, build, test, and deploy high-quality solutions, ensuring seamless integration from backend to frontend in production environments.
  • Be a scientist: experiment with Generative AI solutions, evaluate the outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and iterate to continuously improve the results.

About you:

Must have:

  • Experience building commercial solutions with LLMs and a deep understanding of Gen AI technology.
  • Extensive experience with Python and React.
  • Strong academic background. Preferred fields include but are not limited to Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering.
  • Strong foundation in Machine Learning basics (training, evaluation, statistics).
  • Practical experience in modern software engineering techniques and best practices.

Nice to have:

  • Commercial experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Experience with cloud monitoring tools like Datadog.


Bonus Points:

  • Proven track record of working with SaaS products or solutions.
  • Experience in integrating with or contributing to design system patterns.
  • Experience in the trading/fintech industry.
  • Prior work on real-time systems such as WebSockets, stock tickers, or videogames.
