We are the marketing localization people. Our vision is to blend the best of marketing and localization to drive customer success. We help our clients achieve the right balance of people, process, and systems needed to deliver lasting international growth and ROI.
THE ROLE
Our business is growing, and we’re looking for a talented PM with a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn and the desire to make your own opportunities as you grow with us. We value courage, autonomy, accuracy, collaboration, creativity, speed and proactivity. We are committed to a positive, open working environment that enables our people to develop and thrive.
As a Project Manager working closely with our Program Managers and wider account team, you’ll be focusing on critical work for our streaming client’s Turkish assets as well as US assets.
You’ll be focusing on two critical bodies of work:
Criteria-based and efficient review of title production work for all our online streaming client's work for Turkey. This role is responsible for gathering required assets from the Content Partner, moving through Artwork Creation with our internal and external design resources, and delivering assets to our key client. This role will be handled both in Turkish and English, so ability to communicate fluently in both languages is key.
Managing end-to-end production of localized Title Treatments to support the needs of Product, Marketing, and AV teams for our online streaming client. Responsible for ensuring both our key client and internal teams are on-track to hit all milestones and complete all deliverables, keeping clear and timely communication with multiple client teams.
Locale:
We are looking for a PM who is fluent in both English and Turkish and can communicate professionally in both languages, written and spoken. It is not required that this PM reside in Turkey, but it is important for the PM to have a deep understanding of the cultural and linguistic nuances of the Turkish market. It would be great if we could find a PM located in London, so they have more opportunity to connect with the UK Wordbankers. But we are open to the PM being located in the UK, Turkey, or somewhere else in Europe, if it will improve our chances of finding the best PM for this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & FOCAL POINTS
End-to-end project management for all Non-Branded titles for Turkey, 1-3 titles per month. Note that this number could increase in the future.
Understand the scope and requirements (source content, design requirements, linguistic requirements, client goals, the deliverable, etc.) of all assigned title production requests.
Own setup and kickoff of titles and track upcoming titles to plan resources accordingly.
Able to work with internal teams of our key online streaming client to confirm delivery dates and ensure completion of all milestones.
Anticipate bottlenecks to avoid delays in projects’ workflow whilst bridging communication between our streaming client and external stakeholders.
Use your local knowledge to share cultural nuances specific to the Turkish market that may impact our artwork production.
Liaise with external agencies to obtain master artwork files and manage our client's expectations in case of delays.
QC all assets and communicate feedback to internal team members accordingly before prepping assets for delivery.
Own and manage the communication with the client throughout the project, always seeking ways to add value and improve our processes.
Work closely with in-house Design Lead and in-country designers to create assets and deliver in adherence to the client’s schedules.
Utilise JIRA, Airtable, Monday, and client’s tools to track titles throughout the entire workflow.
Experience in managing projects in both English and Turkish, and being able to switch between two languages when speaking to the client and content partners.
Able to scale to handle multiple projects simultaneously while still maintaining accurate, on-time deliveries in accordance with established SLAs.
Address any change requests to the client's title production tickets. Identify requests which are outside of the original scope and then work with the Client to seek agreement on appropriate direction and action.
Proactively identify areas of potential risk and address or escalate the issues as necessary.
Set up content partners’ billing details in our internal sales system and create quotes at project kickoff to share with the content partners.
Keep Sr. Program Managers updated on changes to project statuses that can affect financial forecast.
YOU’LL HAVE…

YOU ARE…
A self-confident, highly collaborative team player with a deep understanding of localization/design best practices specific to localization/design process and systems.
A problem-solver. Working with others to overcome bottlenecks in process and identify broadscale standards to support scalable delivery comes naturally to you.
A problem-lover, thriving on working through root causes, a track record of critical thinking, and implementing solutions with an ability to balance creativity and pragmatism.
