We're looking for a qualified and commercially minded FP&A Manager to join our Finance team in a hybrid role based in Warwick, UK. This is a high-impact position responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and robust forecasting to support strategic decision-making at the highest levels of the organisation.

Key Requirements

Lead the preparation of management reporting, ensuring timely and accurate financial information is delivered to senior stakeholders

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes

Analyse and interpret financial performance, identifying key trends, drivers, and opportunities for improvement

Maintain and update key forecasting and performance models, ensuring alignment with the latest business assumptions

Provide clear, concise analysis and commentary to support strategic decision-making

Build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted business partner

Communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences

Support continuous improvement of financial processes and data quality

Coordinate reporting timelines and requirements, ensuring alignment across teams

Manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

Proficient in financial tools and systems, with advanced Excel skills

Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Key Essentials

Location: Warwick, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Professional Qualification: CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified

Stakeholder Exposure: Comfortable working with executive and senior-level stakeholders
