At the heart of an enterprise tech stack is theERP: the central system of record for everything that a company does.

Large enterprises have accumulated decades' worth of complex ERP codebases: millions of lines of code, thousands of configuration options, and large operations teams. This adds huge overhead whenever companies want to update their processes, delaying their project roadmaps by years and costing them up to hundreds of millions per company.

We're using Generative AI to untangle this complexity and enable companies to move faster than ever before

We're giving companies transparency into how their ERPs aretrulyset up, mapping it out using LLMs, symbolic AI, and static analysis. This lets teams move faster and more confidently, ultimately unblocking companies from realizing their biggest projects.

We’re already working with 2 of Europe’s largest enterprises, and demand is so high we have had to put a number of multi-billion dollar companies on a waitlist. With potential 6-7 figure ACVs, we’re sprinting toward hypergrowth.

We're looking for world-class AI Engineers

ERPs are extremely large systems, and providing explainability into them is a complex technical challenge.

We're looking for individuals who are excited by this, and have built agentic LLM and AI systems before—bonus points if its in the code analysis space. We're not prescriptive about years of experience.

The ideal candidate:

✅ Understands LLMs, LLM Agents, and GenAI techniques at a fundamental level
✅ Has built and maintained LLM infrastructure for complex multi-agent systems
✅ Understands how to evaluate, improve, and productionize an LLM pipeline
✅ Stays current on LLM research and judges when to use new techniques well
✅ Is framework agnostic, preferring to use the best tool to solve a problem

The Team

We're a team determined to build a generational company and excited by the scale of the challenge, and are building out a world-class engineering team to get there. Our team includes two of the world's forefront engineers in this space, including pioneers in language runtimes and analysis for proprietary enterprise software stacks.

We are paying a highly competitive salary (GBP 90-140k annually depending on experience) and will reward you with a substantial equity package under the tax-efficient EMI scheme.
