CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting an Engineering Manager for our site based in Dagenham.

Key Tasks

Manage client expectations and work requests in accordance to contract
Prepare presentations to explain initiatives to clients and other continuous improvements
Raise and manage all documentation required to enable project delivery and support progress through to completion
Monitor all project delivery programmes and ensure all milestones are managed
Prepare necessary reports/documentation from various process systems to support the business cycle of progress and financial reporting
Attend all formal meetings with FM and Client to drive the process and business cycle reporting
Prepare and manage critical communications to client
Be the 'go to person' for all ad-hoc queries
Provide a systemic approach to maintain compliance with client and CBRE policies
Review all Standard Operating Processes and other relevant documentation affecting Ford operational delivery
