Asset Manager| Commercial Properties | Facilities Management Industry (Electrical / HVAC) | £55,000 + £5,000 Car | Hyrbid Working.
Due to growth in our Commercial FM contracts, we are actively recruiting for an Asset Manager to over-see commercial building assets including a wide range of electrical, HVAC, BMS and similar equipment.
You will be working as part of a UK wide projects and FM (Facilities Management) team, to ensure the Commercial Building Assets of our clients are operating efficiently and functionally, alongside being cost effective.
Duties:
- To optimise the operating efficiency of assets and systems across commercial property portfolio in line with ISO55001 best practices.
- To lead asset surveying and CAFM data upload projects to include the mobilisation and transition of new contracts.
- To audit clients asset maintenance and asset management activities.
- To lead the deployment of the companies Asset Management systems to existing contracts.
- To assist with the implementation of asset management processes and procedures.
- To lead the application of risk-based maintenance methodologies and support each Account Team with knowledge, training and appropriate tools.
- To use data analysis techniques to highlight and inform site-based Asset / Contract managers of asset performance and data quality exceptions.
- The Asset Manager will not have any direct reports or financial responsibility
Employment Package: FM Asset Manager: - Base Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
- Car Allowance: £5,000 per Annum.
- Hybrid Working: Mix of working from home, travelling to sites/contracts and occasionally in companies offices (self managed).

Requirements:
To be considered for an Asset Manager role, we expect the correct candidate to meet the following profile: - Experience in asset management, asset surveying, lifecycle management, customer service and change management.
- Must have a solid understanding of both Electrical and HVAC equipment within a commercial building environment.
- Experience with CMMS / CAFM systems
- Experience of best practice standards including SFG20, BSRIA Business-Focused Maintenance and ISO 55001.
- Must come from a technical background, ie: HND / HNC or City and Guilds / NVQ Level 3 standard.
- Highly Beneficial: Auditing experience.
- Highly Beneficial: Institute of Asset Management Certificate and or Diploma
