ABOUT THE CLIENT:

Our client plays a key role in supporting military aviation operations and maintaining airworthiness standards across complex aircraft fleets. Based at RAF Brize Norton, they are responsible for ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance for A400M maintenance operations. Due to increasing project demand, they are looking for aMaintenance Data Administratorto join their onsite team.

THE MAINTENANCE DATA ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:

  • Capture and enter aircraft maintenance data into the Maintenance Data System (MDS)
  • Update and manage work orders, servicing reports, logbook entries, and equipment transactions
  • Provide weekly maintenance reports to Part 145 teams
  • Support real-time maintenance activities during live flight operations
  • Participate in a 24/7 rolling rota with potential on-call responsibilities during evenings, weekends, and holidays


MAINTENANCE DATA ADMINISTRATOR ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Happy to join a 5 days/Shift pattern (weekends, evenings, and bank holidays)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail with a methodical approach
  • Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent written communication and report writing skills
  • Must hold a UK driving licence and live within 45 minutes of Brize Norton
  • Eligible for SC Clearance (sponsorship provided)
  • Background in admin or technical environments
  • Aircraft maintenance experience, including Part 145 and Part M, is advantageous
