Job Description:

Finance & Business Intelligence Manager, WatchHouse.
In short:

We’re looking for a commercially minded Finance & Business Intelligence Manager to join our growing team. This pivotal role supports financial decision-making across the business, combining strong analytical capabilities with solid commercial acumen. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you'll provide actionable insights and understandable financial information.
Directly reports to (Line Manager):

Finance Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and own operational dashboards using Power BI, Tenzo, or similar tools
Champion the use of data and insight in business decision-making, fostering a data-informed culture
Manage data warehousing and integration throughout the business
Collaborate with the Commercial team on price benchmarking and pricing recommendations
Generate reports on new product launches to evaluate success and lessons learned
Provide financial oversight on franchisee performance, including reviewing management accounts and KPIs
Identify and communicate opportunities for the business
Respond to ad hoc analysis requests from stakeholders
Support the Finance team with cash flow forecasts, budgeting, and financial modeling
The role in more detail:
This role acts as a bridge between finance, operations, and strategy, providing financial support and long-term planning tools. You will lead data consolidation and visualization efforts, produce real-time dashboards, and oversee budgeting and forecasting processes. Collaboration with stakeholders will ensure robust financial oversight, especially in franchise operations. The role is crucial in fostering a data-driven culture.
Key qualifications:
ACA / ACCA / CIMA part or fully qualified, or equivalent experience with strong technical skills
Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
Strong Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Tenzo
Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to non-financial audiences
Experience with SQL databases, APIs, and data flows (highly desirable)
Experience in hospitality or franchise models (highly desirable)
Proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented mindset
