MSX International is looking for Field Quality Reporting Executive to provide accurate data and presentations to vehicle assembly and engineering departments that will result in vehicle quality improvements.

You will design, produce, maintain, and evolve reports, drawing on a variety of data sources specifically using PowerBI as the reporting tool of choice. The role will occasionally require business travel within the EU liaising with process partners and engineering departments.

The Role

As the Field Quality Reporting Executive, you will be responsible for the analysis of and acting upon field quality related issues gathered from warranty data and technical reporting systems.

As part of this role, the Field Quality Reporting Executive will:

  • Liaise between the manufacturing plant and engineering departments on field quality topics to support with development of solutions leading to a reduction in warranty costs.

  • Ensure customer safety and product liability issues are communicated and escalated to the quality departments, engineering and manufacturing plant, ensuring Rolls-Royce customer protection

  • Represent Aftersales in quality meetings, presenting field quality information to suppliers, management, and corporate personnel to facilitate problem resolution process.

  • Continual assessment of the Aftersales quality reporting process, providing input on processes shared across the group, aid in implementation of new processes or improvements to existing.

  • Produce quality reports and dashboards according to business needs.

  • Lead on initiatives, when required, by engaging appropriate stakeholders to gather requirements and support with problem solutions in the most effective and efficient way.

    Our ideal candidate will have:

  • High level of competence using Microsoft Office (primarily Excel/PowerPoint). Experience of leading and implementing change

  • Ability to understand large amounts of data and identify trends.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).

  • Knowledge of Reporting tools and building reports in Power BI.

  • Experience of working with SAP.

  • High level of cultural understanding across all markets as customer expectations varies between regions.

  • Ability to work on their own, under pressure and prioritise workload
