About the Role

The role will provide subject matter expertise for Watchlist Screening initiatives across the Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) division of LexisNexis Risk Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy for our Screening business. You will work closely with all functions including product, technology, data operations, marketing, and professional services to ensure an end-to-end focus for data, software, and operational automation. This leader will drive product improvements through enhancements in false positive reduction, utilizing advance analytics and modelling techniques. The leader will also need to keep current with FCC compliance requirements, industry trends and compliance best practices.

Responsibilities

Responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy for our Screening business. Motivate and educate internal sales teams, both Direct and Alliances, on the key aspects of FCC transaction monitoring solutions. Perform ideation, research, and planning to develop product strategies and roadmaps to meet customer needs. Partner with Marketing and Regional Market Planners to expand market presence, heighten brand awareness and trust, and intelligently drive qualified leads to Sales. Partner with Professional Services on consultative selling and customer management. Develop market segmentation and identify unique needs of each key segment, to help inform GTM approach for screening solutions, across regions and industries. Continually develop compelling case studies to highlight the value of our screening solutions, accelerating sales and increasing win rates. Meet with select high value clients to ensure they are getting the most value they can from our solutions Provide insight and research on competitive intelligence, market sizing, industry trends, regulatory trends and market drivers to inform strategy and improve knowledge sharing across the organisation. Stay up to date with emerging trends in data technologies, analytics, and industry best practices. Identify opportunities for innovation that can improve business performance.

Experience / Skills:

Must have advanced knowledge of FinCEN and FFIEC guidance as well as BSA compliance, and a minimum of five years of experience conducting complex investigations involving various typologies. Cross-functional leadership and the ability to work effectively with key partners across a large, global and matrixed organization. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. Proficiency at managing complex agendas. Additional skills required include business acumen and strategic planning, disciplined management of team and agenda, critical thinking and analytical skill, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Domain expertise in the FCC space. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in business processes is a plus.

Position is eligible for base salary plus an annual bonus.
