Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm

  WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: You'll be at the heart of keeping this prestigious firm running smoothly, working directly with the Facilities Manager to:
  
  
• Own the day-to-day facilities operations
  
  
• Manage high-spec meeting rooms and AV systems
  
  
• Liaising with inhouse engineer
  
  
• Coordinate with premium vendors and service providers
  
  
• Support exclusive corporate events
  
  
• Handle VIP guest logistics
  
  
• Maintain world-class office standards
  
  YOU'LL BE PERFECT FOR THIS IF YOU HAVE:
  
  
• 1-2 years' facilities experience in a corporate environment
  
  
• Strong tech-savvy approach with AV systems knowledge
