Responsibilities

:
Collaborate with key product and marketing stakeholders to understand business problems, formulate hypotheses, and design A/B experiments. Apply statistical methods to conduct robust analysis and determine the significance of experiment results. Work with other Data teams to summarize and synthesize data, presenting actionable rmendations to the business. Support ongoing exploration of new technology and techniques through proof of concept projects. Educate stakeholders in experimentation best practices.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Ability to translate technical/statistical results into actionable business rmendations; excellent written and verbalmunication skills. Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyzeplex business problems. Self-starter with strong stakeholder and project management skills. Strong interpersonal skills to forge partnerships with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and fellow data scientists. Strong background in advanced statistics and big data. Strong SQL skills, with the ability to writeplex queries. Experience using Python for data analysis. Team player withmitment and dedication, maintaining a positive attitude and high performance on high-profile/time-sensitive experiments.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Familiarity with machine learning concepts and its application. Familiarity with experimentation vendors like Optimizely, StatSig,
