What You’ll Be Doing
Running a Full 360 Desk

– Managing the entire recruitment process from BD to placement.
Business Development

– Building and growing your own client portfolio within the BI space.
Candidate Sourcing

– Headhunting high-calibre BI professionals across reporting, dashboarding, and visualisation tools.
Client Delivery

– Working at pace to meet client demand with quality and consistency.
Performance Focused

– Tracking key metrics including jobs pulled, fill rate, and placements.
What We’re Looking For
We're after experienced recruiters, ideally with 1–3 years’ experience, who are:
Structured and consistent in their approach
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-activity environment
Excellent communicators who bring positive energy to the team
Passionate about delivering a high standard of client and candidate service
You don’t need prior experience in BI or data recruitment, but an interest in the space is essential.
