We're looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Data Analytics to lead the strategic direction, development, and delivery of analytics across our EMEA region. This senior leadership role is pivotal in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive commercial growth, operational excellence, and exceptional client value within a fast-paced corporate travel environment. As a key member of our Global Data & BI organisation, you'll ensure regional analytics strategies, products, and standards align seamlessly with global frameworks, fostering consistency, scalability, and innovation across markets. You'll build and empower a talented analytics team, cultivate a culture of data literacy, and champion the use of data to drive smarter, faster decision-making across the business. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with senior leaders across finance, operations, sales, product, and global BI teams to uncover opportunities, optimise performance, and influence global data strategy.


You're a strategic thinker and influential leader who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and business. With a deep understanding of analytics, data governance, and modern BI tools, you know how to translate data into meaningful stories that inspire action and deliver measurable impact. You bring extensive experience in data analytics leadership, ideally 10+ years in analytics with at least 5 years leading high-performing teams. You're fluent in tools like Power BI, Azure, and cloud-based ecosystems, and you're passionate about using AI and predictive modelling to uncover trends and optimise business performance. A natural communicator and collaborator, you're comfortable engaging with executives and clients alike, providing trusted advice on data strategy and emerging technologies. Experience in the travel, transportation, or service industries will be a strong advantage.
