Job Title: Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform Architect
Location: Remote (Monthly attendance required in Central London)
Salary: Up to £95,000 per annum + Bonus + Excellent Company Benefits

The Role: Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform Architect to join their team. This position involves leading a new Dynamics 365 implementation for a global retailer in the food and beverage sector, currently at the very early stages. This role requires working closely with cross-functional teams across multiple countries, offering the opportunity to shape the project’s architecture and deliver significant business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, robust, and efficient solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements, present architectural designs, and ensure seamless implementation.
Solution Design: Lead the customisation, configuration, and integration of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, to address client-specific needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside development, data, cloud, and change management teams to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions.
Best Practices: Promote best practices for CRM architecture, data modeling, integration patterns, and security standards.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Architect, with a strong track record of delivering successful implementations.
Extensive expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Hands-on experience with integrations using Azure Logic Apps, APIs, and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of solution design principles, including security, scalability, and performance optimisation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Experience in global retail or food and beverage sectors is a plus but not mandatory.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (or equivalent) are highly desirable.What’s on Offer:
