About the Role

As a leading digital transformation service provider, we aim to expand our Data Practice across Europe to meet increasing demand. We are hiring at Director or Snr Director level within our Data & Analytics/Data Science Consulting Practice with a focus on ML and AI.

This role offers opportunities to work with cutting-edge technologies, deliver ML/AI solutions, and collaborate closely with clients across various industries and our global Data leadership teams. We offer flexible work arrangements with occasional face-to-face client meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and strategic direction in ML/AI, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of solutions.
  • Engage with clients to understand their challenges and communicate how ML/AI can help.
  • Collaborate with teams to define project scope, develop data models, and select appropriate algorithms.
  • Identify new ML/AI opportunities, lead sales efforts, and secure funding.
  • Scope and price data solutions, establish operating models, and lead transition from sales to delivery.
  • Evaluate and select ML/AI tools and technologies aligned with business goals.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and delivery.
  • Engage with executive stakeholders to drive enterprise growth.
  • Mentor junior team members and stay updated on ML/AI advancements.
  • Support sales activities with opportunities assessment and proposal creation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, or relevant experience.
  • Senior/leadership experience in Data & Analytics/ML/AI.
  • Proven track record in ML/AI solution implementation.
  • Strong understanding of ML algorithms, data preprocessing, and model evaluation.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders to secure project funding.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, Java, and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
  • Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS), Big Data, and Data Science trends.
  • Ability to articulate points of view, make recommendations, and present analyses to executive levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and business requirement analysis.
  • Consulting and pre-sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
