Whats the role

In this role youll develop innovative challenger data strategies across a portfolio of clients. As part of the growing data strategy community at Brainlabs you will have an positive impact on our data strategy capabilities and value-add for our clients. Youll build mid-term data-centric strategic plans that deliver real business performance growth for clients using data analysis and insight that aligns with and delivers the overall growth strategy for the client. Youll know how to drive marketing transformation through data insights diagnose brand challenges effectively and build frameworks to measure client brand growth and media effectiveness.


What you do

  • Youll diagnose data challenges and set the overarching strategic vision for key clients.
  • Drive adoption and champion usage of technology (AdTech MarTech and Brainlabs proprietary Tech) for your clients.
  • Create first party data (1PD) strategies and unlock access to this data for media execution
  • Provide data leadership in pitches being responsible for the data and technology thread across all planning and media activation ensuring real client growth.
  • Contribute to the growth and strategy helping to shape the future direction of the Data Strategy team and wider strategy and planning team.

Who you are

  • 12 years experience of delivering data strategies to leading clients either within a market or across a region
  • Proven data capabilities and ability to utilise data insight to drive media and marketing effectiveness
  • A great storyteller capable of translating data into real world insights
  • Youre a knowledge builder and are excited at growing and coaching those around you
  • A innovative thinker able to create and deliver challenger strategies
