YOUR ROLE

As a Director in our Analytics & AI practice you will be responsible for new business and selling data science opportunities. You will play a leadership role across our AI, data science and analytics capabilities; shaping our strategy, defining our ambition and developing junior members of the team.

In this role you will play a key role in:

Working as part of the Capgemini Invent A&AI leadership team to grow our practice and develop our offers Inspiring our clients on exploiting the potential of Gen AI, data science and analytics in their businesses Helping clients embed data science solutions and use insight to optimise and automate business decision making at scale Selling, leading and managing large delivery programmes with data science and Gen AI at the core Inspiring our data science consultants to develop their technical capability and champion data science delivery excellence Creating thought leadership and new propositions that reflect Capgemini Invent’s position as a leading AI, data science and analytics consultancy

As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:

Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events. Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development. Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.

YOUR PROFILE

Good existing relationships with Senior Executives of large organisations in the UK, focussed on the areas responsible for AI, Data Science and Analytics Experience of shaping the AI or data science services and solutions that deliver the client’s vision, integrated across technology and business functions A deep understanding of trends in the AI, data science or analytics market and how these are changing Experience in the business application of Gen AI and other AI solutions, for example customer experience, process optimisation, intelligent automation, workplace efficiency, asset management or intelligent search Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions. Experience of proposition building and delivery.Business development– utilising a combination of the organisation’s broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network, you’ll be generating c.£2mofconsulting revenues

We offer a remuneration package which includes flexible benefits options for you to choose to suit your own personal circumstances and a variable element dependent grade and on company and personal performance.
