Lead Global Strategy: Design and execute inclusion strategies tailored for the investment industry, aligned with ethics, regulatory frameworks, and behavioral finance principles. Develop and manage innovative programs, workshops, and educational tools in collaboration with CFA Societies, investment firms, regulators, and institutional partners. Leverage Data & Insights: Create robust reporting frameworks, dashboards, and whitepapers to track trends and guide evidence-based decisions. 10+ years of experience in the investment industry, with expertise in governance, institutional partnerships, or investment processes. ~ Proven track record of leading inclusion strategies in financial services. ~ Strong knowledge of ethical governance, change management, and behavioral finance. ~ Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with experience in performance measurement. ~ Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities. ~ CFA designation or commitment to pursue it. Regulatory advocacy experience in financial services. Proficiency in one or more additional languages.
