Do you have a background in digital? From web design, to graphic design, GA4 to CRO, or frontend aesthetics to UX changes from analytics. This role could be perfect for you.

What You'll Do:

We are looking for someone that understands digital and has an interest in the inner workings of how it all works. What makes the cogs of the internet turn, and how users interact with websites and what makes them great. Having that core understanding will allow you to study the data collected on a daily basis, and then feedback recommendations that will help improve the online experience that our clients offer.

You will be working alongside a team with decades of experience to pull from, allowing you to grow and learn as we strive to offer the best data led feedback to clients.

The right person would be someone who can hit the ground running with some experience, but also isn’t the finished article and has a drive to learn more. In a fast paced environment where technology can change, you need to be able to adapt and embrace the ever changing landscape of the digital world. In some cases, be the first and innovate with ideas as we try and be pro-active with recommendations for our clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • Good understanding of the digital landscape
  • Experience with either web design, web development (ideally FE), data analysis or technical SEO
  • Comfort and experience with Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with a range of marketing tools and platforms and being comfortable with new online tools.
  • Experience or understanding of HTML & CSS
  • Experience writing technical documentation, audits, reports
  • Experience with Looker Studio
  • Experience with Google Sheets or Excel
  • Good communication skills and comfortable talking to clients directly
  • A strong desire to learn
  • Understanding and experience of staging environments
  • Experience with eCommerce UX best practice
  • Experience with privacy and consent
  • Understanding of 1st Party vs 3rd Party data

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Magento, Shopify, Wordpress (and any other platforms)
  • Existing line management skills managing a team of data science specialists
  • Experience/understanding of paid media tools such as Google Ads, Facebook, Bing and Google Marketing Platform
  • Experience of other marketing channels are beneficial

The Package:

  • Salary of £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
