Data Warehouse & Analytics Engineering Manager Location: London | Hybrid (2 days in office) | £70,000 + Benefits

The Role As the Data Warehouse & Analytics Engineering Manager , you will lead a talented team of six data professionals, including Data Warehouse Developers, Analytics Engineers, and Data Modellers. This role is pivotal in driving collaboration across the organisation, acting as the bridge between data teams and the wider business, including the Data Science function.
You will oversee the Analytics Engineering function , including the Power BI reporting layer and Medallion architecture , ensuring best practices and high-quality data solutions.
Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of six data professionals, fostering technical excellence and growth.
Act as the link between data teams and stakeholders, translating technical data challenges into clear business insights.
Provide hands-on technical leadership, ensuring best practices in Medallion architecture, Azure DataBricks, Synapse, and ADF.
Manage complex data flows from multiple sources and systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement within data processes and reporting frameworks.
What We're Looking For Strong technical expertise in Medallion architecture, Azure DataBricks, Synapse, and ADF.
A proven leader who knows what good looks like in data engineering and analytics.
Experience in managing and developing a data team, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
The ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
A passion for leveraging data and technology to drive business improvement.
Nice to Have Experience in housing associations or social housing is highly desirable.
