Data Strategy Consultant - Future Talent Pool

Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic mindset to shape high-level strategies for data acquisition and omnichannel activation.

Data-Driven: Proficiency in data analysis and insights is crucial for this role. The candidate should be able to work with data and use it to inform decision-making and campaign optimization.

Multi-Disciplinary: Since the role encompasses various areas such as insights, reporting, segmentation, CDP, email strategy, CRM, business intelligence, and media activation, the ideal candidate should have experience in at least some of these fields. A diverse skill set will help them lead effectively.

Leadership Skills: will be responsible for driving the planning and coordination across team members

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are vital for collaborating with team members, stakeholders, and clients. The candidate should be able to convey complex ideas and strategies in a clear and concise manner.

Problem-Solving Abilities: In a strategic role, challenges and obstacles are inevitable. Possess excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and find creative solutions.

Nice to have:

Experience in Media Activation: Since the role involves media activation, experience in planning and executing media campaigns across different channels is important.

Experience in CRM and Email Strategy: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and email marketing strategies will be valuable for creating effective customer journeys and personalized campaigns.
