Data SME – National Security Sector
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data SME to lead major transformation work across the Defence, National Security and Intelligence sector. You’ll be helping clients turn complex data challenges into real operational value, all while working on high impact programmes that truly matter.
 
The role is a hybrid mix of Home, office and Client site, and active SC clearance is a must with the ability to go through DV clearance.
This Data SME role isn’t just about advising, it’s about leading. You’ll be the client advocate for data-led transformation, working across senior client teams, tech partners, and delivery teams to drive the Data change from start to finish.
 
Day to Day as the Data SME:

Account Growth, landing and expanding, but also understanding what matters to clients, and shaping solutions that deliver the clients' requirements
Leading multi-team programmes (20+ people), often complex, always high profile
Identify new opportunities, lead proposals, and play a key role in business development
Working across applications, cloud, infrastructure and data and make sure the solution is delivered as per the client's needs.
Mentor junior consultants, build high-performing teams, and lead by example 
To secure this role, you need:

Active SC clearance and be willing and able to go through the DV process
Strong background in Defence, Security or Intelligence Data transformations, ideally across at least two areas within the ADS space
Proven track record of winning and delivering complex transformation programmes
Experience working closely with senior clients and shaping both the tech and the strategy
Strong commercial awareness, being able to see the bigger picture, and aligning delivery with business goals
Confident in leading big teams and making decisions that move programmes forward
A strong network across the Defence or Intelligence arena
