They're seeking a talentedData Scientist to play a pivotal role in scaling the company's AIcapabilities and delivering data-driven impact at speed. The Role:As a Data Scientist, you will apply advanced analytics, AI, andproblem-solving skills to interpret partner data, uncover trends,and build intelligent solutions that enhance operational efficiencywithin a booming UK Market. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop AImodels to predict and optimise labour deployment based on demandpatterns 2. Build systems to monitor and improve service qualityacross partner operations 3. Analyse data from high-profilehospitality partners to identify opportunities for value creation4. Design visualisations and dashboards for both internal andexternal stakeholders 5. Maintain and scale analyticsinfrastructure for broader impact 6. Collaborate across technicaland non-technical teams to design and implement solutions WhatWe're Looking For: 1. 2+ years' experience buildingproduction-grade AI/ML models 2. Strong Python skills andfamiliarity with leading AI/ML libraries 3. Solid understanding ofsupervised and unsupervised learning techniques 4. Experience indemand prediction, optimisation, or computer vision is advantageous5. Comfortable working with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) andservices like SageMaker or Lambda 6. Strong mathematical andstatistical foundations, with a sharp eye for patterns and insights7.
