Are you a Data Scientist looking for a role where you'll have ownership, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact? My client, a forward-thinking organisation, is looking for a talented professional to join theirData Insights Team, part of their widerBusiness Intelligence Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on strategic, high-impact projects that utiliseData Science, Machine Learning, and AIto solve complex challenges and deliver actionable insights for senior leadership.

The Role

In this role, you'll have the freedom to:

• Lead and ownprojects from concept to delivery, including generating ideas for new initiatives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to turn insights into action, creatingengaging reportsthat tell compelling stories with data.
• Collaborate with teams across the organisation, including Continuous Improvement, Research, Finance, IT Systems, and Senior Operational Leadership.
• Use advanced analytics, forecasting, and modelling techniques to evaluate business performance, measure impact, and shape decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying business problems and building solutions withData Science and Machine Learning.
• Forecasting and predicting metrics using algorithms and models.
• Assessing the impact of interventions and preparing cohort performance statistics.
• Ensuring sound and robust data practices to deliver high-quality results.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

• Be aninnovative problem solverwho's excited about building solutions for business challenges.
• Have strong technical skills in feature selection, model building, and synthetic data generation.
• Be able tocommunicate complex techniquesto non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Have a strong foundation in Data Science, with experience applying Machine Learning techniques.
