About The Role
  • As a Data Scientist at Enfuce, you will design, deploy, and scale AI-driven products that directly impact how we operate and how customers experience our services.
  • Your focus will be on building and deploying AI agents and machine learning models that integrate with systems and tooling to automate processes and create customer-facing value.
  • You will partner with business stakeholders to identify how technical solutions like agents and machine learning can solve complex business problems, ensuring every project delivers measurable outcomes.
  • You will be part of Enfuce's Data & AI team, spanning data engineering, analytics, and machine learning. Together we own a modern data platform that powers everything from regulatory reporting and internal analytics to embedded customer-facing products, making data a driver of value across the company.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Design, train, validate, and deploy machine learning models and LLM-powered agents into workflows, systems, and customer-facing platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and governance.
  • Prototype and test AI use cases, evolving experimentation into scalable, productised solutions in close partnership with business stakeholders.
  • Explore new AI services and workflows such as Snowflake Cortex AI and Snowflake ML.
  • Collaborate across data disciplines, software engineers, and business stakeholders to align on requirements and deliver integrated AI solutions.
  • Own stakeholder communication by clarifying requirements, translating business problems into technical solutions, and proactively managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to the team\'s ways of working by actively participating in planning, reviews, and knowledge sharing to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.

What you\'ll bring
  • Master\'s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience. - Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and SQL.
  • Experience deploying ML solutions in production on cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake, or similar).
  • Familiarity with LLMs, NLP techniques, and frameworks for building AI agents. - Ability to explain models, insights, and limitations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Pragmatic and outcome-driven, with strong ownership of end-to-end delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage across data disciplines, software engineering, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and impact.
