You’ll help shape a growing data science function, working on high-impact projects in a collaborative, inclusive, and mission-driven environment.

What You'll Do:

Build and deploy AI applications that improve efficiency and deliver business value

Apply NLP, LLMs, and automation to unlock insights from complex, unstructured data

Work across departments to identify and deliver impactful AI use cases

Evaluate emerging models and AI tools for real-world adoption

Collaborate closely with the Head of Data Science to scale innovative solutions

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python, ML, and NLP/LLMs
  • Familiarity with open-source LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen) and RAG pipelines
  • Experience building APIs and interactive tools with FastAPI, Streamlit, or Gradio
  • Solid understanding of AI infrastructure, including GPUs and Docker
  • Comfortable working with unstructured data sources like PDFs, emails, and OCR
  • Proficient in Git, SQL, and handling a variety of data formats
