The Impact You Will Have :

As a member of the Product Data team you will support our Product-led Growth (PLG) team and use data to understand how people use our products. You will work closely with the Product-led Growth team on insights coming from our cloud and on-premises product formulate metrics and find ways to improve the user experience. Your analysis will directly help us make the product better get more users and keep them engaged.

What You Will Do Daily :
  • Put in place PLG recurrent analytics including defining the key metrics related to customer success and developing the corresponding tools (e.g. dashboards) for regular monitoring.
  • Analyze user behavior to understand how they sign up use features and why they stay or leave.
  • Identify main areas of opportunity (e.g. points of new user drop-off)
  • Use SQL and Python to work with datasets from our product.
  • Build and manage dashboards in Tableau to track important metrics for the team.
  • Use product analytics tools to find opportunities to improve the product.
  • Share what you learn from data with the team to help them make better decisions.
The Experience You Will Need :
  • 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist
  • Previous experience in PLG preferred
  • Strong SQL and Python skills for data analysis (including libraries like Pandas and NumPy).
  • Experience with product analytics methods like funnel and cohort analysis.
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude Mixpanel Heap).
  • Experience building dashboards in Tableau or a similar visualization tool.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to explain data clearly to different audiences.
  • Curiosity and an interest in how data can help a product succeed.
