About the Role:
We are seeking a

Senior or Lead Data Scientist

with deep expertise in

Generative AI, NLP, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning

to join an innovation-focused AI Center of Excellence. In this role, you'll help design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI solutions that drive transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML models with a focus on LLMs, NLP, and deep learning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and workflows.
Conduct research, model fine-tuning, and validation using frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Support AI governance and ensure responsible, scalable implementation.
Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Advanced degree (PhD/Master’s) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in data science with a focus on Generative AI and NLP.
Strong Python programming skills and proficiency with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Strong problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills.
PhD and exposure to credit rating or financial risk modelling projects for credit agencies.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, credit).
Understanding of AI governance and ethical AI principles.
Passion for applying AI to solve real-world business problems.
