In this role, you'll dig deep into customer data using Python, R, and advanced analytics to uncover insights that drive smarter business decisions and measurable impact.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyze and interpret customer behavior using Python, R, and robust data platforms to support strategic initiatives.
  • Build predictive models to forecast churn, identify upsell opportunities, and assess customer health.
  • Deliver insights through clear storytelling and dynamic visualizations that empower Customer Success and other key teams.
  • Drive experimentation through A/B testing and machine learning to optimize the customer journey.
  • Improve data quality and visibility by supporting system integration, ensuring data accuracy, and evolving performance dashboards.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience using Python and R for data science and analytics.
  • A strong track record of turning customer data into actionable strategy.
  • Skilled in communicating insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to lead and influence across teams.
