What You'll Do

• Lead and Inspire:Manage and mentor a talented team of three data scientists and machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
• Innovate with Data:Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that optimize pricing strategies and solve complex business challenges.
• Predict the Future:Create predictive and prescriptive models to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
• Data Automation:Develop and automate sophisticated analytical processes to enhance operational efficiency and insights delivery.
• Collaborate for Impact:Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and commercial value across the organization.
• Effective Communication:Present insights and recommendations with clarity and conviction to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Bring

• Technical Excellence:Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning algorithms; experience with R, Hadoop, and Spark is a plus.
• Advanced Analytics Expertise:Deep understanding of data structures, model evaluation, hypothesis testing, and stochastic processes.
• Cloud Knowledge:Experience working in cloud-based environments such as AWS or ADO.
