Enable JCT600 to have an industry leading pure data set. This will be done by maintaining the quality and integratory of our database. Your day to day will include:



  • Updating of customer responses from marketing activity.
  • Updating customer and vehicles records to ensure the accuracy of the data held on our databases.
  • Keep customer records in line with GDPR and preferences requested.
  • Ensuring that erroneous information is quickly rectified.
  • Correcting duplication in the data set.
  • Vehicle data is updated inline to brand requirements.
  • Responding to emails in the team mailbox that are assigned to you.
  • Delivering work that is assigned to you is completed on time.
  • Ensuring that records are updated to be included in the JCT600 CRM Program.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in conversation.
  • Enjoy working with data, with strong input skills that help keep our information accurate and reliable.
  • Have a sharp eye for detail, ensuring even the small things are done right.
  • Are comfortable using Microsoft Excel - and we'll support you with training to build your expertise further.
  • Have experience working with data and systems, or the willingness to learn with full training provided.
