We are currently looking for a motivated Data Quality Administrator to join the Greater Manchester Victim Service (GMVS). This role is central to ensuring that victims of crime receive timely and accurate support by processing and managing referrals made by Greater Manchester Police (GMP).

Catch22 is looking for someone with good attention to detail. As part of our growing service, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and reviewing referral data, identifying eligibility, and allocating enhanced cases to caseworkers. You will also close ineligible cases, update missing information, and ensure victims are contacted with clear information about available support through SMS, email, letters, or other forms of communication.

You’ll play a vital role in safeguarding accuracy across case management systems, generating reports to support service improvement, and maintaining compliance with data protection standards. Working closely with colleagues, police, and partner agencies, you will help streamline processes and ensure victims are guided smoothly into the right support pathways.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and review referral data; identify eligibility; allocate enhanced cases to caseworkers.
  • Close ineligible cases and update missing information.
  • Communicate with victims via SMS, email, letters, or other approved methods to provide information about available support.
  • Maintain accuracy across case management systems and ensure data protection compliance.
  • Generate reports to support service improvement; work with colleagues, police, and partner agencies to streamline processes.
Qualifications
  • Essential: Minimum of GCSE-level English and Maths.
  • Essential: Previous administration and data management experience.
  • Essential: Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and databases.
  • Essential: Experience interrogating data systems and producing reports.
  • Essential: Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Essential: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Essential: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Essential: Understanding of confidentiality, data protection, and safeguarding practices.
  • Desirable: Experience working with police systems, criminal justice services, or victim support services.
  • Desirable: Familiarity with case management systems and referral processes.
Additional Information

Contract: Fixed term for 9 months from start date. Hours & work pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Salary: £25,585. Location: GMP HQ on Northampton Road in Greater Manchester.
