Job Title: Data Programme Lead
Location: Manchester

Salary: £100,000 to £110,000 + Benefits Package

Role Overview:
In this key leadership role, you will drive growth and impact within the data and analytics domain, take charge of business development, oversee project delivery, and provide technical mentorship to strengthen market position and enhance service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales, account management, and consulting with data leaders.
• Grow and maintain data business across key accounts.
• Support business development as a data specialist across clients and sectors.
• Lead and motivate team for optimal performance and morale.
• Manage project risks, budgets, and alignment with client expectations.
• Promote company culture and core values daily.
• Develop proposals, SOWs and support data practice growth.
• Provide thought leadership on tools and technologies.
• Mentor junior team members with technical and architectural guidance.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in growing client relationships and securing new accounts.
• Demonstrated team leadership with strong client-facing skills.
• Comprehensive project management background in analytics, data strategy, data architecture, and data science.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake), visualisation tools, and AI/ML.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and an innovative mindset.
