Temporary Role 4 - 6 week assignment

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable speaking with customers? We have an exciting temporary opportunity for a Data Cleansing Assistant to join my client’s team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact approximately 2,000 customers by phone from an existing list.
  Collect and verify essential customer information, including contact details and other key data.
  Accurately input and update all gathered information directly into an Excel spreadsheet.
  Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions.
  Ensure data integrity and consistency within the spreadsheet.
  
  Essential Skills and experience:
  
  
• Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with a diverse range of customers.
  
  
• Proficiency in Excel with a keen attention to detail during data entry.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively to complete the task.
  
  
• Previous experience in data entry or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
