About the Role

An internationally expanding company is seeking an Data - IT Business Partner to shape its data strategy and governance. This role offers the opportunity to drive change in an innovative environment, influencing both strategic decisions and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, regulators, and partners to develop scalable data solutions.

  • Oversee and improve data governance frameworks.

  • Ensure compliance of data products and services with governance policies, identifying opportunities for enhancement.

  • Deliver data-driven insights to support business decisions and reporting.

  • Contribute to the maturity of the Business Partner function and Application Management discipline.

    Key Skills & Experience

  • Degree in IT/Data or equivalent experience.

  • Strong technical understanding, with the ability to bridge IT and business needs.

  • Extensive experience in the financial sector, ideally banking or credit.

  • Proven ability to drive change and develop data solutions.

  • Hands-on SQL experience for data extraction and analysis.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, strong communication, and stakeholder management skills.
