Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: Basingstoke
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for working with data in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input and update data into internal databases and systems
Verify data for accuracy and completeness
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Perform regular data quality checks and audits
Assist with generating reports and data summaries as required
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency
Respond to data-related queries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
