Data Entry Clerk - Kelvedon
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (1hr lunch)
£25,396 per year | £12.21/hour
Start Date: ASAP

We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join a busy and welcoming team in Kelvedon. This temporary-permanent position starts ASAP and plays a key role in supporting both purchasing and customer service operations. Due to the rural and picturesque location, you must be able to drive to get to the location in Kelvedon, Essex.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Accurately input and process up to 60 purchase orders per day
Maintain and update internal systems and records with a high degree of accuracy
Communicate with customers to provide pricing updates and resolve basic queries
Answer incoming calls, including handling calls via the main reception line
Liaise with internal teams to ensure data integrity and smooth order processing
Provide general administrative support as requiredSkills & Experience required to be considered for this Data Entry position:

Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data processing
Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems (training provided)
Ability to manage workload and meet daily targets in a fast-paced environment
